freely available for existing customer on request. If you are our
customer and need this samples for your private use, please contact

Fabrics and Leather
Some pieces may require upholstery. Cushions
are usually included, in the price and your choice of fabric may
require an extra charge. At the time an order is placed, we will
quote any upholstery charges. We have hundreds of fabric samples to
choose. Leather is also available as an option on many
pieces. While every effort is made to achieve exact consistency in
leather, each piece is as different as the animal from which it
came.

Queen Anne, Hepplewhite oval handles,
decorative Sheraton knobs, Campaign, Victorian drawer pulls,
Eastlake, Mission & Art Deco periods. Vintage bail handles,
knobs and pulls are reproductions of Early American, Colonial and
Modern eras. All antique furniture handles and knobs are reproduced
from the appropriate materials for their time. All of our
reproduction rim locks and rim latches are handmade and made from
solid brass.

Price
list on the list form is includes:

Commercials
Invoices, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of
lading. Price are based on FOB Indonesia (Semarang Port).
Except shipping fee (OCEAN FREIGHT) will become
responsibility of purchaser. Shipping is not included in the
price, and all order sent freight collect. However, upon
request we can assist the arrangement.

1.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
The
L/C should be fulfill the following this criteria (a must)
to avoid late costly amendments:
- Irrevocable.
- Payable at Sight.
- Confirmed must be added by advising bank).
- Issued from recognized bank.
- Shipment Latest 1 month or 30 days after receiving confirmation that L/C has opened.
- Credit Valid 1,5 month.
- Partial Shipment Allowed.
- Transshipment Allowed.
- Bill of lading consigned to order issuing bank.
- Fee and banking charges are to applicant.
- Document are to be presented to advising bank.
- Clearly against following document only.
- Percentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10% commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading.
- Please fax or send by email a copy of the applicant before issuing it. to our fax
number (+62 291 597221), to check with the bank and shipping lines for term that may cause, problem in
compliance to avoid unnecessary later costly amendments.
2.
Non Letter of Credit (Transfer)
- 50% deposit (using telegraphic
transfer -T/T) in advance once order is submitted by
customer.
- The balance payment 50% is paid by T/T after finishing of
goods (transferred after receive copy of the complete documents via fax and bill of lading is done), or L/C.

HOW TO ORDER
Our
website is still under construction. Choose the furniture you are interested
then send
to us by email. Please include as much detail as you
can in order for us to prepare a quote for you quickly.
We
will require a 50% deposit at the time of the ordering. When we
receive notification that you order is ready to be shipped we will
contact you to arrange delivery and at this time we will need the
remainder of the balance owing. The balance payment 50% is paid by
T/T (transferred after receive copy of the complete documents by
fax and bill of lading is done), or L/C.
We
supply quality products and therefore delivery can take a few
weeks, Normally 60 days
upon receiving 50% deposit.

ORDER SYSTEMS
For
samples or retail order of 1 or 2 item (maximum 10 piece) by air
freight to airport. Importers must pay the air forwarding cost. Cost
of furniture + 22% (for trucking) + Air freight per cubic meter (M3) + Forwarder fees.
It should be prepaid.
The
LCL or less container loading is buyer take or buy furniture from
the supplier (Our Company) only few piece, less than 1 x 20 ft
container. So that supplier must be shared with another company to
ship the stuff. Or the supplier must consolidated the furniture or
mixed from another company.
The
minimum order is 10 M3 and total order maximum 20M3. If more
than 20 M3 that is the same 1 x 20 ft container. Normally minimum
order is 1 x 20' ft container / shipment.
Buyer
take or buy from our company 1 x 20 ft or 1 x 40 ft container and
the system we can used L/C or T/T.
For
the LCL system, the delivery time is depend on the another company
which you buy, the time must be on the time schedule.
For
the full container:

x 20 ft containers, the delivery time is 20 until 30 days
maximum, that started after receiving the 50% down payment and
sales of contract already signed by your.

x 40 ft containers, the delivery time is 30 until 37 days
maximum, that started after receiving the 50% down payment and
sales of contract already signed by your.
